Exploring Spatio-temporal Cluster for Identify Dengue Cluster in Urban Area

Dengue is designated as a major health problem in tropical countries.  Accordingly, there has been a regular program run by the government to overcome the outbreak of the disease which unluckily is still a lack of control.  Therefore, we inevitably need an alternative to guide the intervention strategies to eliminate or at least minimize the insurmountable health problem. This research is thus aimed at investigating the space-time cluster of dengue fever transmission in Yogyakarta City, Indonesia using spatial scan statistics (SaTScan).
